KreaSocTech Grant Programme

The initial investment and necessary financing often represent a large hurdle for small companies. The Department of Economic and Structural Development of the City of Mannheim has introduced the KREASOCTECH grant programme to plug this gap. The entire sum is limited to a maximum of 50 percent of the eligible investment and varies between 1,000 and 20,000 Euros. The programme is directed at small and micro-businesses in the creative industry, social economy or with a focus on technology in Mannheim.

The move to independence is often hindered by a lack of the appropriate economic or legal expertise. The EXI vouchers enable company founders to benefit from free advice from target group-oriented start-up experts. The offer is aimed at start-ups with a focus on green innovation, social entrepreneurship or university contexts.
